Migrate Your Account to

NucleusHealth is excited to announce that we have a new image exchange service for you called! By upgrading from RadConnect you will benefit from a new user-friendly interface, sleek new look, and improved connectivity.

Organization and Professional Account Migration


All RadConnect Organization and Professional Accountholders have been contacted by our team and will be migrated automatically via a invite link. Please verify with your system administrator if you are unsure about the status of your Organization migration. If you have not been contacted by our team regarding migration, please reach out to The studies and shares in your RadConnect account will not be migrated to, but they will be retained in RadConnect for the contracted retention period. An admin in your organization will continue to have access to RadConnect after your go-live for 60 days.

Patient Account Migration Options

We have two options for Patients to move their images from RadConnect to You will need to take action before March 31, 2019 as RadConnect will no longer be in service or accessible after that date. All of our Organizations and Professionals will be moved and sharing studies to patients solely from Please review our Frequently Asked Questions and your options below for upgrading with your care team.

Option 1: Manual Account Migration

You can manually download your exams from RadConnect at your earliest convenience and wait to create a account and upload your exams there on April 1st.

  • STEP 1: Download your exams from your RadConnect account with these steps and store them on a hard drive or local drive BEFORE March 31, 2019
  • STEP 2: On April 1st, visit and register for a new Patient Account
  • STEP 3: Follow these instructions to register and upload your saved exams to your account

Option 2: Automated Migration Service

Our team will create a Patient Account for you and transfer all of your existing exams from RadConnect to your new account for a fee of $20.00.

  • STEP 1: Fill out this form with your RadConnect Patient Account information
  • STEP 2: Submit your payment of $20.00 to complete the migration process
  • STEP 3: You will receive an email once your account has been migrated to
